There is an ecort name "Lily" with a 646 number (646-470-9187) who is visiting my town for the next few days and wanted to find out if she was the real deal or just a pipe dream.

I did a google search and no reviews, good or bad, came back for her. A few recent (past week or so) ads showed up, but only with her name, picture, and number. A TinEye search for her pics returned zero results.

Does anyone recognize her or have any info? If so please let me know.
