do most providers require you to have a cellphone and for what purpose? i tried setting up an appt through some out of state agency w/ girls touring in ny and she hung up after i said i had no cell phone.
on incall/outcall. one gal told me that she found it absolutely necessary to be in constant phone contact (if needed) with guys coming to her location, presumably to warn them of any pending delays. i guess, this sorta makes sense.
another possibility is that theoretically (if in fact this was her reasoning) cellphone calls are more difficult to wire-tap by LE
but that's a common misconception. in fact, the FBI, NSA and high-end LE agencies find it much easier to listen in on cellphone calls (there's no need to go thru the phone company and/or access various tap points on land lines)
