YES! Boobs are visual fixation for a guy to get aroused, its probably the first or second thing we notice in a woman. How much do they matter you ask? Well any guys would take average size god made vs humongous man made. That being said, it depends on the boob job, I have met some women with DDD fake, which felt absolutely real. And that old saying "more than a handful is a waste" is B.S., too small will be a problem (say A's) but too big never are, usually.

So, I would say think quality over quantity if you are trying to enhance them, but nothing beats all naturals, soft and supple....yummy!!

... to my touch. I've had great experiences with some big Ds and the smallest As. As a visual, I'd probably prefer them to look nice (not droopy), and yes, I can think of one woman who had very nice implants. But generally, I have found that real breasts are much more likely to be responsive to touch, and I love to turn a woman on with my enjoyment of her boobs. I even had a pretty "flapjack" looking set of tits that I enjoyed because she still got tremendous arousal from them, and that was a big turn-on for me. And most enhanced tits I've seen simply leave the woman with less sensitivity. So I'd vote natural.

...of what anyone else thinks I prefer the real things. If you decide there's supposed to be this other implant called "Gummy Bear" implants that's like supposed to be super soft and way more undetectable than the regular saline and silicone implants. I just don't like when girl get them way too crazy big for their body especially when they're really thin....some guys like it (that tits on a stick look) but it looks crazy as hell to me or when the breasts end up cockeyed where one nipple is pointing left and the other is pointing right. o_o
