Are there any ladies in the city who accept screening on only the basis of White Lists? I ask as I'm rarely in the country and then only briefly, but I have one white list (and hopefully more to come from this visit). If there is anyone who does, feel free to PM me or post here.

Yes, I usually am screened solely on the basis of my review history and white list credentials. However, I obviously have a long TER history, which you unforunately do not. I am not sure that a lady will screen you solely on one written review and one white list reference. Your one advantage is that the provider who white listed you does have 25 reviews. So she has some credibility in the industry. A provider may take a chance on that basis. However, given your lack of TER credentials at this juncture, I would anticipate having to go through additional screening.

I recently had an experience where I gave someone my TER ID and PM'd them to verify it.  She told me that her plan was to contact a few of my white list referrals for a live reference, but when she saw the number of referrals that I had, and the number of reviews that some of those ladies had, she decided that was enough.

If you write unfavorable reviews, this can also be held against you.  A provider may decide not to take a chance with someone who can be critical.
