While I have long been a fan of TER provider reviews, I find it a bit problematical that there are no clear definitions of what terms like, say, "Hot time" and "Went the extra mile" mean. I once saw an "I forgot it was a service" rating for a provider who performed CBJ on the writer. Sorry, but in my book CBJ does not equal "I forgot it was a service." But that's just me. How about you? Here's a quiz. In your opinion, what is the HIGHEST rating you would give a provider who did NOT deliver:

(A) BBBJ.
(B) DFK.
(C) A full hour's service

I would say 6

At best a 6, and that would be if the provider were perfect in all other respects.  So, more likely a 5 or 4 if no BBBJ, DFK or shortchanging on the time.
