I made an appointment by email for Saturday afternoon that Carla aggreed to by replying to my email. I made several attempts to call her 917 telephone number and she DID NOT reply to any of my messages or telephone pages. I found this totally unprofessional and a courtesy call, I felt, was necessary since my time is just as valuable hers.

You emailed me for information. I responded by saying I would be available Saturday and asked you to give me a call to make the appointment. I do not make appointments through email. In the meantime my phone was broken. When you call my cell phone it goes straight to voicemail and has been that way since Friday afternoon. You sent me a nasty email cursing at me saying you came into the city for nothing, and I wasted your time. I feel for you in that respect. But we never had a firm appointment. So sending disrespectful emails and writing derogatory remarks is dead wrong and childish.
