You may want to try aspd.net in the New York upstate forum. It is much more active then here or tbd.

Ciarra is your best bet. GFE session with a more mature provider. She is also very bright and a great conversationalist.

There are a number of excellent providers in the Buffalo area.  If you go and read some of the reviews as suggested in a previous reply, I'm sure you'll find just what you're looking for.
