Does anyone know of any brothel type places in NYC where you go in and get to pick the girl you want out of a lineup?  It's been a very long time since I've been to the city and they probably don't exist anymore but I figured I'd take a shot. Please PM me.

Speaking for myself, I don't know of any place with that old brothel-like atmosphere.  
There are some KMPs / AMPs where you can still request a line-up, but it's not always an option.

While there used to be (30 years ago?) brothels up and down 2d Avenue in the 50s and around that neighborhood, I think the Internet has killed that business.

It was already dead by the time the Internet arrived. It was Rudy Giuliani who shut down the brothels, starting when he took office in 1994.

I beg to differ.  Rudy cleaned up the streetwalkers, but brothels were flourishing until the early 2000s.

but the ones I went to -- about six of them on the East Side between 34th St. and 50th -- all closed down within months of Giuliani taking office.

Brownstone, E 48th between 3rd and 2nd, operating there until early 2000s, then moved to 30s for a couple of years.  

There are a few women that use the same incall location in their ads but I don’t know if you can call it a brothel and pick your partner. It’s West 52nd Street and 9th Avenue. I guess you could book an incall date with one and see how it operates.
