What ad site(s) are they using? Some sites have "report this ad" or other problem report mechanisms. Almost every web site has a "Contact us" link somewhere on their pages, even if it's in tiny print at the bottom. Worst case, do a "whois" search to find the website owner.
If the ad site owners don't reply or comply, search "DCMA" or "Takedown Notice" on the Newbie Board. Ask for more help on Newbie about DCMA and stolen pic specifics. Basically, you are warning the website operators that someone else is using your images illegally and the website should take them down or be held responsible.
It could also be a good idea to post to the NY Board just who is using your images. Indeed, the thief could be ruining your reputation.
- "Zuli is bait and switch! I showed up and it was a different girl!"
- "Zuli is advertising in SD and NYC at the same time! Must be a faker!"
- "Zuli is using multiple names and multiple phone #s. Must be a faker!"
- You get the idea.
Explain to the NY guys (or whoever should hear it) that "she" isn't you and not to judge you harshly, other than for not having watermarked your pics.
This is why you should watermark your pics, to cut down on theft and wrongful use. (Ask on Newbie about watermarking.)
Good luck!

I am a TER reviewed provider in San Diego.....someone has stolen and using my pictures for their ads here in new york.....I dont know what to do. It makes me so mad as I work really hard with bodybuilding weights and cardio and then someone comes and takes all of them( Pics). I also wonder what happens when someone shows up for the appt and it is not the girl in the pictures. I texted the girl and she or he? texted back saying they are making money and called me a derrogatory name.
Any words of advice?
Zuli
