Firstly just want to say hello! New to this board and trying (with limited success) to learn the navigations! Hopefully it will get easier in time

Quick question for the ladies gents of NY if I may...

Do you have a preference when it comes to visiting a lady to whether she is in a hotel or apartment? Forgive me if it sounds naive or silly, but my experiences in different countries are conflicting and I would love to know the preference here.

Some countries I visit gents will not visit hotels at all, the levels of paranoia are astounding where as some countries I have no issues when staying in a hotel and gents are happy to visit. What do you prefer/what are your experiences?

I think within NYC, while an individual may have a preference one over the other, both apartments and hotels are popular.  I wouldn't have a problem with either and my impression is most guys wouldn't either.

For an apartment, no doorman would be ideal.  For a hotel, being able to go straight to an elevator and not need to check in at a desk or have a room key to proceed is essential.

The most important thing is a clean, nice environment.  I have visited women in both apartments and hotels.  All things being equal, I don't prefer either one over the other.

However, there are related issues that do matter.

Nice hotels are definitely better than crappy ones.

Most guys don't want to have to interact with anyone to get to you, so the hotel can't have security that stops people from entering.  Likewise, an apartment with no doorman is best.

For your opinions. I know it can be a mixed bag just thought it would be worth putting it out there just in case

It seems that many buildings in NY have doormen something not so prevalent here in Europe so I should guess that would put apartments and hotels on a more equal footing.

Quality is of course the most important factor in choosing accommodation, that is international.

You mean you couldn't care less right? As for me, I'm pretty bloody real lol but I guess you mean the lady in general. There seems to be no shortage of gorgeous real ladies in New York! x

And that I am more concerned with who you are than where I am seeing you.  I don't find that an apartment or a hotel is preferable, personally.
