Would you review more under a simple 5 star rate system?
I know I'm not the only one who has a huge base clientele that won't review. Curious if some of you lurkers would be more apt to leave a review if it was a brief questionnaire with a 5 star rating.
I'm aware that most who post often like to announce every hard on here for the world to see, but my guys are pretty discreet. For the ladies, wouldn't it be great if we could choose to only show our last year of reviews? Clearly, many of you don't have any interest in seeing girls with 500 reviews! It's been mentioned ad nauseum. I only have 50 or 51 and I'm ok with that but... I don't want 100! No one needs to know that much about my intimate history except my doctor and my hairstylist! Just thoughts.. Anna xxAs much as I love remembering my date with a great lady, I'm short on time and formality of writing a review..
Change it's stripes is seemingly impossible.
it would make the site much less entertaining.
Some people hang out here not only to research potential dates...but to read the more 'colorful' reviews, lol. I'm even guilty of it sometimes :-
I didn't have to fill out all the little boxes. Did her height change since the last review? Can't we just see all the stats and make corrections as necessary? That part is a bigger boner shrinker than doing a 1040 form.
And all those little boxes are pointless, because those parameters are set by the first reviewer and can't be changed unless she asks Admin. It's a huge time-waster.
I agree. If you review someone already on ter all that should be filled in already and you can then change it if you want.
BK57, I agree. It took almost forever for TER just to add an optional "Profile ID Number" to the form. People have been asking for "autopopulate" for even longer.
But I wonder if ChgoCPA (frequent poster to General Board) might object to your analogy
Take each aspect and make it out of 5 or 10 stars.
1.) Looks
2.) performance
3.) delivered as promised
4.) satisfaction overall
5.) communication and timeliness
Then the totals are added up and divided to get an average score.
I feel this would be more useful though it might take more time and deter reviewers.
However I feel it would be more beneficial to those using the reviews on who to choose.
If it's easy to mark 2 areas for score then how honest is it? How much rounding up or down happens.
Anyway. Just a thought since this thread was about changing the scoring system.
Good idea

yes. it would be much easier and, more practical.
What's your reaction to a provider who has hundred(s) of reviews? I think I know the answer. And, wouldn't a system that is faster, easier and more stream lined lead to more prolific number of reviews?
