To get back to your original question: I have quite a bit of experience in this area. Solution: Look for full service providers who explicitly state up front that they're fetish-friendly. You'll also find full service providers that offer BDSM sessions; ask them if they provide "sensual fetish" sessions.  

There are increasingly more providers who are offering these services. Usually, you need to send an initial inquiry keeping it simple—availability for a session, rates, etc. After an initial screening, then ask for a "special request" and see if she's willing/able to offer the type of session you're looking for.
