Read several great reviews about this agency and made an appointment for tonight at 7:30pm.  Was given the hotel name and address and was asked to text at 7:25 for the room #.  Did as was instructed, did not hear back and kept on texting them until 8:00 with no response, standing on the street like an idiot. Lost my window of opportunity which really sucks.

Is this a common occurrence with this agency? I am free again tomorrow so is t worth it to keep trying with them or can someone recommend another agency in NY?

I've used BDJ on and off for a number of years and never had that experience

Always right on the money, only a few instances where the appt time had to me moved 15 minutes
