Seriously, this is one of those situations where the risk may be very low, but the consequences of being wrong could be very, very high.  If you have an SO, or see other providers who do BBFS or even BBBJ, consider the consequences of giving them the clap, chlamydia, AIDS, herpes or a urinary tract infection.
