Anyone know anything about this one. Looks fake but you never know. Agency has two ladies working for them. Almost all reviews are 10/7 and the reviewers are all single review histories. Any thoughts on either.

Not only are the single review histories a concern but so are their 50% prepayment requirements.  

I'd avoid all single reviews like the plague.....too many shills and scammers out there

Whats even more disturbing is that TER adminstration allows these "one-hit wonder" reviews to get posted for a fake/scam providers profile.  
Whats up with that?
