It's more popular in other cities, especially near convention centers. There are a lot of hotel lobby bars and other high end restaurant/bars in the city that have quite a few hanging around. Go to one of these by yourself and you will know almost immediately; playful glances, then coming up to talk to you, ask you to buy them a drink...and then spring it on you that you can take them home for a price. These providers are very much like hotter/cleaner street walkers since most don't advertise or participate in hobby forums like this.
