I've asked more than a dozen girls for OK's on p411 in the past year and every single one has granted it. I did not bring it up during the session.
Have you tried emailing any of the girls and asking why they haven't granted you the OK?

...will suspend a provider's account if she does not respond to your request for an okay.  So if it *seems* as though she has not responded, and her account is not suspended, it's likely that she decided not to grant your request for one, and has privately explained the reason to P411.  Here are some possible reasons why a provider might decline your request:

- you did not arrive on time
- your hygiene was lacking in some manner
- you did not pay the correct amount
- you overstayed on your time
- you spoke to or treated the provider in a way that made her uncomfortable
- some detail on your profile is inaccurate, and the provider noticed when she met you
- etc etc etc

Sometimes a provider, despite being disappointed by something about your encounter, will not choose to ruin your fantasy by confronting you about it during the session, and will instead let you leave happy and assuming there were "no issues".  It's definitely possible to be totally unaware of something that is a major issue for another person when being intimate (bad breath is a good example, overstaying is another).  If I were you, I would politely contact your providers, acknowledge that there may have been an issue which caused them to decline your request for an okay, and ask each lady if she is willing to give you any feedback so that you can improve your performance in the future.

PS.  I'm not assuming that you specifically did any of these particular things to cause your situation, just making general suggestions to help you think about what the cause might be.

Both providers that didn't provide an Okay were rated by me before hand.  I gave one 8/8 and the other 8/9.  Both were about average scores for them.  Do some providers not Okay until you rate them a certain way?  Can they do that?

What's the protocol?  Should I rate first or wait for an Okay first?

I never had an issue with getting okays. One provider invited me to p411 actually and then another gave me a second ok and i became a member for free.

Twice i have talked about it with the provider during our meet and gotten the okay within a couple of days.

I learned one thing though and that is to be nice to the ladies. Even if am not having as good a time as i hoped for, i treat them nice and that seems to work.
