In that case, you are talking about a woman walking away with $130 (or less if the driver comes partially out of her share) AND she came to you.  

The math would say upsell or "tip" is expected, but this would not be first hand experience.

The real problem is that nearly all of them bait and switch. They may beg for a tip but their services are generally limited.
