dunno if this is a dumb question, but would like everyones opinion on which do you think is generally better or who does everyone prefer? (i know, i know, you should judge each person individually, but this is a broad query)
my opinion is the local ny women should be better since theyre more concerned with have a repeat client base, than say a visiting provider who is here for a few days, gets her money, and leaves.

This one is a tough call b/c it depends on whether you are into AMPs/MPs, indies vs. agency girls, high-end vs. low-end, visitors who come on a regular schedule vs. once/twice a year. I don't even want to think about the permutations. All I can say is that for my tastes, the Asian cooking has been rather limited in somme respects at the middle/high-end.

Of course NYC has been a magnet for visitors and you would think that the locals would defend their turf, but I'm not sure that has been the case. Would be interesting to hear from the local ladies. The material passing thru the Big Apple has been hot and priced within some reason. Of course there have been a fair number of newbies who have started out in the ozone layer with their fee requirements. Don't know what to say about that marketing strategy.

Just my two cents.

Some visiting providers in fact have a steady client base, particularly if they visit often and offer a worthwhile experience (which is also the reason why they visit often).  On the other hand, some local providers might not care about repeat business because they figure that the client pool in NY is very large.  Either way it I think that it varies from provider to provider, some locals and some out-of-towners do not care at all about their clients and others have a reasonably consistent client base.
