I've had a few experiences with Asian Agencies and have so far not been satisfied.  I'm not really that upset with the bait and switch thing... as long as the provider sent is fairly attractive and reasonably enthusiastic.

Are there any Asian agencies that are noteworthy for better providers/service, or are they all the same?

Any help would be appreciated.

It's all a matter of luck what girl they send you and the majority lack enthusiam.

That's what I want to know.  The best that I found was a place called Magic a/k/a Ginza.  There was this girl named Yuri who was great but she and the angecy seemed to disappear in Nov '02.  However, it appears that Yuri and her agency are back.  Check out the very recent review of Yuri posted.  Same girl and she's great.  I can't wait to call and make an appointment.

Other than that, it's usually hit or miss with the Asian agencies in NYC.  Despite the number of ads that you see in the VV and elsewhere, I think that there is really only a small pool of agencies that deal with the same overlapping selection of providers.  (I once called two different agencies and got the same girl on different occasions).  

I think your best bet is to try to find an independent and if she's good, hold on tight and let the rest of us Asian fans know!!
