The tough part for them I would have to imagine is being completely upfront about what it is they do (which sadly because there are so many uptight ppl in this country) that really narrows the dating pool down. Or they have to completely hide it which can be very tough I'd imagine. If they have since "retired" then really no need to bring it up. I think it's kinda like what porn stars go through in their personal lives.
I personally would have no issues dating a current provider or past provider, but I'm pretty confident these women are smart enough and value their future enough to not settlefor me so I'm kinda outta the running.
Thanks for the advice on this! Though, I did had a ATF provider that I was seeing every month for the past six months. This happened four years ago. Though, I did not post a review of her. I believe she has moved on working as a nurse and not a provider any longer. She said something about getting a degree to work as a nurse and doing the provider job to pay her college tuition. Sad to say the relationship ended when she refuse to take a picture with her.
He posted before if providers are okay with taking photos with the clients to which the majority of the answers were no. He said he would still ask and look what happened. :P
Based on your handle and number of reviews, you are very new at this. RELAX. First of all it's impossible to make a blanket statement about what all providers will do. Second if you go into this looking for a long lasting relationship, forget it. It's not the nature of the game. Sure lighting might strike and you find someone who feels like you, but it's unlikely. Go out and have fun and multiple girls. If you want to fall in love here you're going to get hurt.
He sounds like exactly the kind of guy who falls for the fantasy, then is shattered when she shuts him off for being too clingy. To the OP: please do a search for "I've fallen for a provider and I can't get up." At least you'll find out you're not alone.
I think quite a few of us have let slip the fantasy and become slightly 'into' a provider. Always remember this: this is a business arrangement and we are just the ATMs to them. VERY rarely will you meet a woman and get some OTC time but still this does not mean she's into you. They might enjoy your company enough to hang out and get a free dinner or taken to a show or something, but still they will look at you as a friend who also doubles as a cash flow. Just enjoy yourself as the arrangements are and get out of your head that you will become romantically involved like in real life.
While I would never say never, with all due respect it's a fool's errand to actively seek it. I actually ended up dating a provider for a little while. I wasn't seeking it and she made the first move. Turns out she was rather aggressive in seeking a husband and having kids quickly, which was a bit too much for me.
There are lots of great ladies out there, but, you must respect that this is a business for them. Have fun, enjoy their company, but, seek relationships elsewhere. Good luck
But this is the exception, not the rule. I also still see the provider I originally started out with in my inaugural foray into the hobby, which was 11 years ago. There are several other providers that I also still see after knowing them for five plus years. These relationships have far outlived any of my several failed LTR's as a civvie, though they are all hobby relationships at the end of the day.
I will agree with most of the others who responded that this is wrong place to be if you are looking for LTR's that end with you finding love, marriage, and a baby carriage. Never say never, since I've seen it happen, but this should not be a goal. GFE (and PSE, with a few ladies) is the name of the game here.
