I know Pam fired all the phone girls but who is taking calls now ?
This is an actual conversation I had with Tatiana
me: I have an appt at 3pm and need the location it is now 1pm
tatiana: I don't have the location yet !
me: What should I do ??
tatiana: Call me when you get there !!
me: Call you when I get where ?? You didn't give me a location !!! Are you serious ???
tatiana: call me back at 2pm  
me: the appt is at 3pm i would need to be on my way before then
tatiana: Oh Call me earlier !!

I'm guessing this isnt going to go well !!  Hense Confused !!

While I usually see indies, I have always encountered professionalism with Aphro. Better than many indies phone service in my experience.

Please Pam you never ever need to apologize. I am so grateful for the excellent/professional service that you have provided me and I'm sure many others over the years that I cannot even begin to thank you.  

I just could not believe what I was hearing and wasn't sure how to bring it to your attention !! As soon as I made the post I regretted it and wasn't sure just how to delete it.  

But in case anyone who reads this hasn't already come to the conclusion that the way you handled this proves what I've always known that you are a "True Class Act"

No wonder you have the rep you do. You come right on the board, apologize for your company, do whatever it takes to make the client feel like he matters and that his concerns are being taken seriously...you should teach a class to other businesses that hide at the first sign of trouble. Tremendous job by you!

I only wish a certain agency that cancelled on me after I had driven 75 minutes to get to the hotel last month had the same attitude.
