Anyone know what happened to her? Seen her pop up a few times but its always fleeting.

I can tell you only that she seems to be gone for good from SpellBound.  I don't know if you have access to the password-protected part of the page, but after she left a few months back, I saw a comment from the owner that this time Hayley would not be returning.
