You have a good idea there, but I think you should take it further. If it was reviews only, you'd have to read thousands of reviews to find what you were looking for.
If you could somehow add a searchable database feature, then you could narrow down the number of reviews to read in full and that would make it more useful. It sounds like a lot of work, but I think it would be worth it to give it a try.
