NYC Asian OUTCALLS are notorious bait-and-switch fake pics and YMMV service. The outcome is hit or miss. Reviews often read, "She wasn't the girl in the picture but I figured she's here, so let's do this ... " with variable performance outcomes.

I do not know Red Ribbon personally. However, they advertise on dollarbill-ny and Dollar Bill claims that they use real pics and do not do B&S.  Dollar Bill "shills" for his paying clients but I don't think he lies for them.  I think of him as an honest shill because he tells you their his paying customers.

If the "wrong" girl shows up and you don't like what you see you can refuse to meet with her and tell the agency that it's not the girl in the picture.  I've don't do OUTcalls so I've never done that ... but it should work.
