It's a typo. If you look at her Tryst ad she describes herself as:
6'2” model & grad student
So obviously she somehow dropped the "6" off when she cut and pasted it.

A current ad on the NY Ad board subject line says:  
         '2" American born and raised elite companion

I am guessing that the '2" is a typo of some sort. Or maybe it's something I don't know. Maybe she is only 2 inches tall, like Thumbelina?

Doh!  That's it!  Thanks, Nick.

When I click her "See my Posts," I see that she has used that " 6'2" model & grad student Madison Prescott available now!" (and a few variations) several times before.  There's even one with a different typo; just " 6' " (two characters: 6 and ' everything else truncated).
