.... nothing more. I'm sorry if my post offended you or anyone else. If we can't loosen up on TER (a place that's kind of meant for open-mindedness) where can we let our hair down? And - well, I'm old school and remember TER when it was fun, supportive, non-judgemental and not used as someone's personal punching bag. Being a woman, especially one in our line of work, is hard enough without us tearing each other down. I totally embrace the spirit of friendly competition--hey, it's a free market!--but not the attacking of others. I think the growing number of women in the industry, all vying for the same thing (which can be particularly tough during the summer lull) has made some people particularly cutthroat.  

Coming from a hippy dippy background down south, I'm all about group love (in more ways than one, heh) and camaraderie, even if we are "competitors." Work and life can be enough of a bitch, no need for any more bitchiness. Bring on the fun, flirting, and girl love, I say--market's big enough for us all .
