Never worked in NY but hoping to connect with an agency, reliable ones?

My biggest concern is that the assistant/booker will have the same issues I have with scheduling,

And then I'm very curious to know more about how they would advertise on my behalf, but I would be reassured speaking with a well-known, reliable, competent agency that is highly regarded.

I'm a very goal-oriented, results-focused person.

Hope I can see some resonses soon!

Agencies do not have an access to PO board.

Most providers there are independent.

amberraeofdc probably does not have an access to PO board anyway.

yes but she should get info from girls and really what agency ?

I can think of two but she will get the info from girls as I know they have access and one has many reviews ...

Agency work

I work as an independent - no assistant, no agency - don't get any problem getting bookings alone and I keep all my pay. Curious what benefit you think there would be with an agency who take half?

Some girls i think just prefer to have someone else do that for them.

Me, i see no point, I'm quiet organized and always been, some just don't like dealing with the time it takes to book rooms, screen, etc. I find it easier though. And less risky.
