If Sum's wallet has no reasonable boundaries, he will have enormous opportunities and choices from independent providers. I doubt that's likely to be as consistent with an agency. Although, if he's reading this, he might want to check out the high end International Agencies.
when my ATF's schedule changed, letting me know late and offering poor substitute times.
