Thank you all for the thoughtful replies. I respect the people in the business and respect the work that they do. So I would never write a bad review nor would I even post a review. With that said, I'm now skeptical with the system since my ratings would have put them in the mid-range of the rating scale and the comments tempered. I agree that (1) reviews are subjective and (2) you get what you paid for.
I was definitively not shopping at Sears and even taking subjectivity as a bias, it's a stretch.
