I am a pro and I've only done it once....before I was a pro and as a joke!  A very naughty fantasy joke that played out quite well, obviously

The few girls I have talked with about working bars suggest chatting for a bit, quietly confirming thru a waiter, etc that they are indeed a hotel guest and maybe show them a website of yours on your cell phone.

I also know a girl that was loudly called out in a room full of people by a guy yelling, "Hey everyone, this girl's a hooker!"

The horror of it going awry is unimaginable.  
I'd rather die. Ask on the LV board perhaps....

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall

Not the one in NYC, but I've been to one, where is was obvious that for a gift, a man could make a "friend" who would happily go upstairs.

As someone who has been to Vegas and seen the attempted pick ups in high end places, it is very touch and go - and risky.  It depends on the club or the casino if they tolerate it (look the other way) or don't at all.  There are other, better, safer ways.
