I haven't heard any ladies I've seen lately use the term "accommodating" but I'd venture what they're saying is that they are open to taking direction from you.  Sometimes providers do a standard routine and don't want to deviate from it.  I'd imagine a lady who describes herself as accommodating means she'll wear something particular, gaze into your eyes at the moment of truth, as two examples, and generally be obliging, cooperative and compliant with reasonable requests.  I can see where a provider can be accommodating but not offer GFE, in that she'll take direction well but won't give the feigned passion and other aspects typically associated with GFE.   As to the difference between GFE and TOTAL GFE, I guess a lady who advertises as TOTAL GFE wants you to know that she's really into it wouldn't you say?  Of course, the proof is in the performance and the difference between GFE and TOTAL GFE may not be much more than the lady's opinion of her own talents.

ACCOMMODATING

Because GFE is used so often & as reviews show aren't always what they imply, the term ACCOMMODATING, it is basically the equivalent of a Total GFE, which is a passionate encounter with a gracious smile that say's I want to and really love sucking your beautiful cock.
Directions or request are welcome as long as they are with in reasonable demand.

But again you are talking about the Hobby so YMMV & It really depends on the individual provider, most probably use it after reading it in another providers BIO, and just think it sounds good.
