that she's gone UTR with a few regular clients. I've tried many times to reach her, but I rarely received a response and I was never able to book an appointment.

yes, she has long ago gone underground, either retired or UTR.  I did see her several times, in NYC & NJ.  her prior phone num is still active but the girl that answers now says she knows nothing about AA.  doubtful that is true, and the "right" person would get a call back, but I tried, w/o success.
