I'm using her to do my taxes and its been over ONE month since we've started and she's just now starting to work on my taxes... I know it was tax season and she probably has multiple other clients. but keeping me in the loop would be nice...

 
How legit is she, has anyone else worked with her? I know its tax season but DAMN one month and some change and I'm still on your wait list? WTF!
