I have a friend who's looking to get breast implants - she wants to have soft big breasts - any providers have recommendations for a good NY based plastic surgeon?

I was talking to a surgeon the other day and he does a really cool procedure for breasts. He takes the fat from another part of your body and uses your own stem cells to give you large breasts without any implants. He said it cost around $6000 but I think that would totally be worth it to not have to have bags of jelly in your chest.  He is in Florida but I'm sure there is a Dr in NYC that does the same.
