A number of years ago, there was an imaginative fellow who got on the train at NY Penn Station heading out on NJ Transit. Once we cleared the tunnel, he gave us his story. I had a friend with me who wanted to give him money. I told him to wait. He decided to follow the guy into the next car. A few minutes later he came back laughing saying he had changed his story completely for that car. Sad thing is the fraudsters cause good-hearted people to question even those legitimately in need..

If I feel that it is creative and some what initiative I ALWAYS gave them money- it is basic of any entrepreneurship.. then I gave them money not because they need it but because I feel so- or I touched or Iam not touched or I have respect to him or I do not and if the way of begging is lame - then I do not donate
