This is very, very, very hard to find -- especially if you're looking for a dungeon setting.  No "Dommes" that I know of provide full service.

Locally, your best bet is a kinky full service provider like Amanda Hamilton or Traci Islands (or check our erosny.com in the fantasy/fetish section).  Naomi Candle from SF and Megan from LV who visit occassionally also may provide this.

But if you really want a dungeon setting, your best bet is to go to a fetish party and pick someone up.

Seems to be a big demand for this and no supply.  No doms will even consider what you want. Best bet is to find a kinky FS gal.

Just make sure you discuss things first.

The problem you have is that no BDSM provider using a commercial dungeon can publicly be said to provide any sexual act whatsoever--let alone full service.  The best is to search FS, see if anyone sounds kinky, e-mail them and discuss your scene and bring your own toys--unless you bring handcuffs, nipple clamps, your own paddle, blindfold--you are out of luck.
