I've had great response from you guys -- I do have a few more select appointments available for my trip --
Dec. 6 -- 9:00 P.M. -- would prefer a "date" but will accept a one-hour appt.
Dec. 7 -- 8:00 P.M. -- same as above (if one hour, would take a 10:00 also)
Dec. 8 -- available 6:00 p.m. for whatever!!!

Generally, the rates are $400 per hour (discounts for multiple hours and great discount for "dates") and I do require deposits for all out of town appointments.  There are many reasons for this so please understand.
