I have a couple of questions for the New York City hobbyists. I have been a hobbyist on the "buyer" side of this business for a while. A girl, very attractive one at that has approached me about wanting to work as a provider and I am interested in gathering some info to best represent her.
1. She wants to do outcall in manhattan in the evenings, is there a market for this or is it mainly incall during the day. For outcall what are the main hours you guys book an appt.?
2. Will I have to hire a female to answer the phone or would you book an appt. from a guy?
3. This woman is a very attractive model who has co-hosted on the E CHANNEL and done many modeling and photo shoots,

Here are some thoughts based on one person's experience. Please keep in mind these are just my opinions:

There is definitely a market for outcall during the evenings. The hours vary tremendously, though, and often tend to e spontaneous bookings. To make it work, you need a provider who is very flexible with her schedule and who has the right spontaneous attitude.

Men act as bookers, as well as women. In my experience, though, it's generally a more pleasant experience to book through a woman.

It's not unusual for the right woman to command top dollar despite a lack of reviews. But it's very hit or miss and the competition is significant, especially now that more high-end providers have reviews thanks to agencies such as NY Confidential. I would think you'd have to rely heavily on repeat customers. Given the choice between paying top dollar for a provider who's reviewed and one who is not, who do you think the hobbyist will book? Also, I've noticed that more and more high-end providers are charging porn star rates. Given the choice between an unknown provider and a known porn star who may fulfill a fantasy, I think it would be tough to compete.
On another point, I could be wrong, but I have a funny feeling I know who this provider is. If I'm right, you should consider carefully whether you want to go ahead. If I'm right, this woman is far from new to the hobby, though she has no reviews. She's been working for years and has worn out her welcome at a few agencies because of her attitude and unreliability.
