I was wondering if there were any providers or MPs that do 4 hand fbsm with FS out there?

Of course there are.  I'm mostly thinking of the Asian MPs that advertise this but I'm sure that any regular AMP would happily let you double down.  There's non-GFE FS and some places offer GFE FS.

There's at least one Asian MP that advertises their occasional 4-hand half-price special.  (Half price is on the HOUSE fee, not the total fee.)  

Regular rate = house fee + extra fee
Regular 4-hand doubles = 2x house fee + 2x extra fee
SPECIAL 4-hand doubles = 1x house fee + 2x extra fee (save $80).
