Can any one tell me about BP only listing phone numbers. Why? How does one navigate ads without
there being any info listed?

BP is under pressure to change its ways by the justice system and apparently they have settled on this new format which prevents the ladies from spelling out their services in text. Try using it with the Gallery option - it's at the top of every page.

to go through BP is to click gallery and all pics will show up instead of open close etc
