Are there any other submissive agencies in NYC? I know that artofsubmission is a great resource, but I haven't been able to locate any others so far?  

Does anyone know of any great independents or angencies that specialize in submission?

I have never met her but she is getting quite the good rep here, is a multi-faceted provider and kink is her forte.

She is well reviewed, seems to have a very loyal following and has a great board presence.
