It depends for me actually. I do enjoy having a finger in there during daty but not moving all over the place lol . Sometimes it is almost too much going on to concentrate on what is really happening .I like to grasp the finger with my pussy and hold it though , somehow that is super hot for me . questions for all.. while DATY, is it acceptable to use fingers while doing so?  
Generally i do not as a courtesy to the provider, assuming she rather not have "unprotected" things in that area.  I also make sure i shower / wash hands once i arrive to make her aware that i'm squeaky clean.

1. before any session, I make sure that I clip my fingernails and file them down real good. The stuff that can get below unclipped fingernails is gross and loaded with germs. It takes 5 minutes to do and it's sooo worth it.

Also upon arriving to an in call location, I always excuse myself to wash my hands and I do a very complete wash. If your taking mass transit to get to your meeting, just imagine all the germs. Washing your hands is a no brainer.
