In theory, yes but its a very difficult question to answer with so many variables. Without knowing how many email/phone contacts and appts you are booking off of them every week now, hard to say. Of course I dont expect you to share that info. Also depends on where you are moving from? Your costs could skyrocket in Manhattan compared to some surrounding area but your contacts/pricing should rise as well.

The other factor that you need to think about is the number of reviews. As that rises, that should open you up to even more gents as many simply wont contact you now based only on four reviews. Mnay guys like to see a lenghty review history before plunking doen their hard earned cash. But the quality of your reviews would need to stay high and it seems like you are off to a very good start.

Just a thought, but you might want to wait till you get 3-4 more reviews, that way you can better judge your call/contact volume and figure out if the move would be worth it to you. Since only you would have all the financial info, only you would know for sure. Hope that helps a little.

For example, some ladies need two references and a verification site. Some need three references. Some require work verification. Some ladies have told me they verified me even though only one lady got back to them about me but the lady that was my referral was well known, well reviewed, saw me on many occasions and that was all the lady I wanted to see needed and she was comfortable with that.

I guess what I am saying is different strokes for different folks. Some guys love being the TOFTT guy or the guy that sees a girl with just one or two reviews. Its their money, its their call. Just like you get to set how picky or not picky you need to be with your verification. A different lady will have differing standards than you. I would tell you your patience will be rewarded. 3 months from now when you have 10-12 awesome reviews, you'll be in a much better position. Its just how the biz works. Best of luck to you!

As a hobbyist for over 40 years, my experience with providers who maintain their own apartment, whether full or part time, is truly desirable and preferable to the transients. With such stellar reviews, I suspect you would have little difficulty maintaing a regular repeat clientele. However, I would suggest you avoid obligating yourself to anything more than a temporary sublet before committing yourself. Also, despite your excellent reviews, I would also suggest to encourage new business, your website depict facial photos. A picture is worth  thousand words. Good luck.

the way you prefer to escort. some ladies like to see new people all the time and move around a lot.

some others, like myself, prefer to build up a small group of elite gents to see on regular bases and therefore are based in one place only.

very much up to what you want really

Having a place in the city is great . It can be depending on how much you travel here  be Much less expensive than using hotels all the time .However when people know you visit as opposed to live here you create a sense of urgency for seeing you . When they know you are available all the time the urgency is quite frankly gone.
I would not rent a place in nyc unless you have regulars who see you with well , some regularity .
You can of course advertise but doing too much of that can over saturate your market also taking away your sense or urgency . If you want your popularity to last as long as your lease be careful about your availability , over saturation and lastly treat your regulars like your life line , mostly because they are :) All the best of luck ,kendall lynn .

Certainly not enough to offset the cost of living increase, which is substantial compared to where you now live.

On any given day, just to survive, you will need to drop anywhere between $50 and $100 in Manhattan. just for food, cabs, transportation, and other shit.  Breakfast will probably run you $7 or $8 once you include coffee and/or juice.  Lunch is probably close to $15 for a salad or nothing really special.  Dinner I'd estimate at $25.  So you're up to $50 already without any cabfare or money for other things during the day like coffee or a quick snack.

Do the math.  Ask yourself how much the upcharge in the cost of living is in NYC versus your current location, and think about how many more appointments per week that is, just to offset that.

So glad I bumped into this post!! I am considering a sublet in the city and  would just like to be sure I am taking into consideration how "nosy" neighbors can be as well as other concerns.  Is walkup and no doorman best? If minimal traffic then does it really matter if doorman or not? Should I stay not more than month, week? I'm assuming the city is pretty tolerable in general as long as people have some tact and common sense.  Thanks for the input :-)
