That donut was obviously overfilled! I always have to tell the bakery elves to watch for that. When you put custard in from one side, you must be very diligent about ensuring it does not leak out the other! It makes the whole box sticky and difficult to handle! Actually, it makes the box hole sticky. Depends on your perspective? Thanks for sharing the inner-working of a Greek Bakery.I always say, go with what you know. They should stick to Baclava! Lol.
