I really need help understanding this website!!  Can I put a picture up !?

At the top of every Discussion Board page is a link "Self-Help Center" located below the life saver image that has lots and lots of information about TER and how to use it.  If you are a provider (which you probably are since you want to post an image) then the 3rd and 4th links are what you need.  Read them both.
