Can anyone give me some Hotel and Restaurant recommendations.  I love good seafood and would like to experience some of your great local quisine.  Thanks for any suggestions you may have for me.

Hard to find good seafood in the desert, but you can get a good meal at Artichoke Cafe, Scalo or Jennifer James if you aren't on a tight budget.  Try anything with green or red chile on it for local fare.

They delivered to my hotel also which was a huge plus!!

But wasn't impressed with where I went. Any recommendations? I tried Maria's in Santa Fe, but it felt rushed, not good customer service or communication, and the food didn't feel clean. Any recommendations for organic or high quality New Mexican? I try to eat all home made, organic or/and local harvested.  

I was discussing with someone in Santa Fe about food, and they said the shed was a good place. I havnt tried it yet

the shed is the best     also try la choza.
