I was checking out the discussion boards and found a discussion where someone called me a “cash and dash.” WOW. I guess I never thought of myself that way. Maybe I am doing something wrong? I know that when scheduling a half hour appointment I can be less accommodating as I have less time. But as far as my full one hour appointments I am generally very good [or thought I was] about not being a clock watcher and providing the best service I can. Any thoughts about how I can improve? I am open to constructive criticism?

Kiara cash and dash actually means the lady took donation and left without providing any service, not clock watching. I wouldn't worry about 1 review hon  or you will drive yourself crazy.  Reviews are highly subjective and sometimes completely fake. I have personally heard excellent things about you from all who have mentioned having seen you in the past. I think you have little to worry about xoxo

Think back on your sessions and what you could have done better, because there's always room for improvement and no one is perfect.
