I will be visiting Albuquerque soon and would love to cater a small affair; clothing mandatory. I'm concerned for a very wonderful friend of mine who has heart issues and is limited to a very strict diet. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Restaurants? Caterers? Who can qualify as having the experience to perform as needed.
This is a serious question so please try and refrain from smart-assed responses. My friend travels very little and may not be with us much longer. Would you wish for your town to have the dubious honor of being the last place he visits?

Did I mention my friends life means more to me than all the tea in China!

Thank You very much in advance. MUAH!!!

Surely there are some healthy restaurants in NM, or even some health food stores.

Does she have to offer a BJ to get an answer?

What is a healthy restaurant? You mean vegan, vegetarian? Annapurna's is vegan... but healthy can mean many things. I'd love to help, but some more information would be useful. Desert Fish is amazing if you're after some great seafood... I consider that to be healthy.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but all I did was Google "health food restaurants" and a bunch of places came up.
