I found out I may be in New Mexico (Santa Fe-Taos area) a few days that week.  If so I'd be looking to treat myself to a Christmas present.  This area seems very sparce with options.  Any suggestions appriciated.  Ideally I prefer 30-40 y/o GFE types for dinner dates, but I'm guessing I'll have to widen my search.
